Forgotten password

If the password has been forgotten, click on Forgot password? 

Simply enter the registered email address and click on the Submit button:

You will receive the following confirmation message:
An email is sent to the registered email address. Click on Confirm Password Change link in the email to complete the password change activity.If you do not receive the above email, check your junk/spam mail for it.

 

Enter and confirm your new password and click on Update Password:

You will receive a confirmation message and you now can log in to i2i:
